Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Select the product you want, choose the size and color, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with payment instructions.
Q2: What payment terms apply?
A: A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The balance is due upon pickup or before delivery.
Q3: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! We offer delivery in Kigali for 10,000 RWF. You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our workshop.
Q4: How long does it take to produce my order?
A: Please allow 3 working days for production, as we currently do not hold stock. Everything is made-to-order to ensure quality.
Q5: Can I request a specific color?
A: Absolutely. We offer custom colors in addition to our standard matte black finish. Just leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.
